About the Role & Program:

Are you ready to be part of a team responsible for procurement activities, with a focus on customer service and client management? The Procurement Intern will support the food and beverage systems, Crunch time and Blue Yonder, with possibility of working in SAP. You will support leaders in various systems and process related projects.

The approximate dates of this internship are January to June 2027.

Interns must be fully available for the duration of the internship.

What You Will Do:

Projects could include:

  • Data cleansing and optimization

  • Variance Management / Price Matching

  • Reporting

  • Analysis of data and inventory

  • Organization of processes and guides

  • Logistical support and expediting

  • Customer Service support & troubleshooting

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic cost/data analysis

  • Strong organizational skills and ability/desire to multi-task

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Ability to work on a team in a collaborative environment

  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Ability/desire to work in a diverse environment

  • Basic Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Professional Suite

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge of: supply chain management or procurement practices

Education:

  • Junior or Senior Year Preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

  • Be at least 18 years ofage

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information:

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

  • Fully available for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

  • Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area

The pay rate for this role as an undergraduate in FL is $23.00 /hr. The pay rate for this role as a graduate student in FL is $30.40/hr.
