Working To GIVE, the 50/50 Company is looking for motivated individuals with high energy and smiling faces! We have three locations with two different product offerings in Downtown Disney that operate under our 50/50 model: 50% of net profits are reinvested back into the company and the other 50% are given away. GIVE Half. GIVE Hope.

Cast Member Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Have availability to work weekdays (9am-5pm or 4:30pm-12am), or weekends
  • Can stand on your feet for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast environment with large amounts of guests.

Cast Member Qualities:

  • Have a genuine smile with an enthusiastic and high energy personality
  • Can communicate clearly in an unapologetically positive manner to all people - customers, fellow cast members, and supervisors
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high volume environment no matter what position you are in
