Reports To: Executive Director
Pay Range: $11.00 – $16.00
(Pay range is commensurate with experience and operational needs.)
Job Summary:
As a Dishwasher at Vibrant Assisted Living, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our kitchen and dining areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will contribute to creating a pleasant dining experience for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and any other items as instructed.

  • Sort and stack clean dishes, ensuring they are stored properly and ready for use.
  • Assist with kitchen and dining room maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and cleaning food preparation areas.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely dishwashing during peak hours.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
