As aTax Senior Accountanton ourBusiness Tax Servicesteam, you will provide strategic tax services to operating businesses owned by private equity firms or closely held owners, managing C-Corps, S-Corps, and Partnerships with precision and compliance. Tax Strategy & Compliance
Prepare, review, and file federal, state, and local tax returns for closely held businesses and/orprivate equity portfolio companies (C-Corps, S-Corps,andPartnerships).
Coach, mentor, and develop staff to enhance technical skills, client service capabilities, and career growth.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and professionalism across engagements in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Who You AreQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountingor related field.
CPA license or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
Experience preparing federal, state, and local tax returns for closely held businessesand/orprivate equity portfolio companies.
Strong understanding of business tax structures, C-Corps,S-Corps,and Partnerships.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel andtax software; comfort adoptingnew technologytools.
