You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers. As a Portfolio Manager, you will deliver successful new product offerings, refreshes and launches across specific partner CoBranded cards.

Job Summary:

As a Portfolio Manager in CoBranded Credit Card business you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You are responsible for assisting with strategy, prioritization, planning, and delivery of valuable capabilities with efficiency, speed and quality. You will foster strong relationships with your internal and external stakeholders, as you establish yourself the main point of contact for your partner. You will manage partner CoBrand Credit Card portfolios, including new card launches and periodic refreshes.

 Job responsibilities

  • Assist internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for CoBrand partner that also aligns with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Participate in discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Drive and maintain a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap as well as partner needs.
  • Build the framework and track the health of the overall roadmap for the products you support.
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and escalate issues timely and effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including partner teams, dependent product teams, technology, and operations, ensuring mutual goals are met.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrate prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in managing partner/client engagements and expectations.
