We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.
ROLE: Node Sale Business Development Engineer (Web3 Only)
Autheo - Validator Node Sale Program
Equity • Tokens • 7% Commission (Full commissions begin post-funding)
About the Role
Autheo is launching one of the most advanced validator node programs in the blockchain industry as the first phase of a long-term, multi-category node ecosystem. Following the Validator Node Sale, Autheo will roll out successive node-sale platforms for Cloud Nodes, Compute Nodes, AI Nodes, DePIN Nodes, Entropy Nodes, and more.
We are seeking a Web3-native Business Development Engineer to lead outreach, engagement, and conversions for the Validator Node Sale. This role is strictly for candidates already experienced in Web3-validator node sales, DePIN hardware, institutional staking products, L1/L2 node infrastructure, or Web3 business development.
You will lead Autheo's $3.5M validator node sale across retail buyers, institutions, DAOs, staking firms, crypto funds, and private purchasers. This role requires someone who can execute immediately with no introductory learning curve.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute the full end-to-end sales cycle for Autheo validator nodes across retail, institutional, and strategic buyers.
• Engage and convert inbound leads from social channels, community events, AMAs, Telegram groups, and referral pipelines.
• Contact and convert partners who historically purchase nodes: staking firms, Web3 funds, infrastructure providers, DAOs, validator guilds, and DePIN operators.
• Build and execute outreach campaigns across X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and Web3-native networks.
• Present Autheo's validator economics, technical value, uptime requirements, and reward structures with authority and precision.
• Maintain deep familiarity with Proof-of-Stake mechanics, unlock schedules, emissions curves, and network economics.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Ecosystem, and Leadership to support targeted campaigns and convert warm communities.
• Prepare institutional-grade presentations for $50K-$500K+ buyers.
• Build a long-term pipeline of strategic node purchasers for Testnet and Mainnet expansions.
• Track leads, commitments, forecasts, and conversions for weekly reporting.
Requirements - Must Have
• Direct experience selling validator nodes, miners, GPU clusters, staking products, or decentralized hardware.
• Established Web3 business development network across infrastructure funds, validator guilds, staking firms, crypto VCs, node operators, and L1/L2 ecosystem communities.
• Strong understanding of L1 validator architectures, Proof-of-Stake economics, token emission and unlock structures, and institutional validator operations.
• Ability to sell complex technical products to both deeply technical and financially focused audiences.
• High-energy closer with a proven track record in fast-paced, execution-driven Web3 environments.
Nice to Have
• Experience selling nodes in Cosmos, Polkadot, Avalanche, Solana, Aethir, or DePIN compute ecosystems.
• Prior work at a staking provider, institutional validator, exchange, or Web3 infrastructure startup.
• Strong Web3 presence on X/Twitter or validator communities.
Compensation
• Equity + Tokens
• 7% commission on all validator node revenue
• Performance bonuses tied to Pre-Sale and Public Sale milestones
