We are looking to expand our team and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about driving growth and leading a high-performance sales team.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager in the water damage restoration industry, you will be responsible for leading and growing our sales department, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. You will oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring our team is well-equipped to deliver the best customer service and solutions for clients dealing with water damage, mold, and related emergencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and exceed performance targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders (including insurance agents, property managers, real estate agents, and construction professionals), and expand the companys market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing effective solutions for water damage restoration.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, maximize profitability, and maintain customer retention.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, progress toward targets, and customer feedback, using data to improve the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales and service delivery, and to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Customer Education: Educate clients on water damage restoration processes, insurance claims, and the importance of timely intervention to mitigate long-term damage.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role in the water damage restoration, construction, insurance, or related industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of water damage restoration services, insurance processes, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing teams, and growing business in a competitive market.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching, training, and motivating sales professionals.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present proposals and negotiate effectively.
  • Travel: Ability to travel locally as needed to meet clients, attend meetings, and visit job sites.
