Job description

ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning has been in business for over 27 years. We are an experienced and successful Disaster Restoration company that provides first-class service to businesses and homeowners throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island after a fire, water, or mold disaster. We are a fast-paced office seeking an additional Estimator to join our team. This role will create estimates for the clients and insurance companies based on guidelines of program requirements, industry and / or company guidelines. Software used is Xactimate, Symbility or Clerk of the works(Time and Material estimating), MICA, Dash, docusketch or matterport and office products. Candidate should possess excellent customer service etiquette, flexibility, and attention to detail and accuracy. Candidate should have a problem-solving mentality with a pleasant disposition. Reliability is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed estimate based off of pictures, time sheets, scope notes, tick sheets, vendor invoices and communication with project managers.
  • Adhere to strict timelines on building and delivering estimates and invoices
