Position | Full-Time

ServiceMaster CDR — a top-5 national franchise in disaster restoration — is looking for an Emergency Response Technician to join our elite team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be first on site after fires, floods, and other emergencies

  • Perform emergency board-up and tarp-over services

  • Communicate with home and business owners in crisis

  • Assist in property cleanup, debris removal, and content pack-outs

  • Work with tools, ladders, and smart devices

  • Drive to multiple job sites — up to 75 miles/day

  • Be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of construction/restoration experience (water, fire, or mold) carpentry or framing experience a plus

  • Customer-first attitude & strong communication skills

  • Basic hand tool knowledge

  • Smartphone/tablet proficiency

  • Clean driving record & valid license

  • High school diploma or GED
