The IT Implementation Engineer I role focuses on executing defined project implementation tasks and completing technical deliverables while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• The execution of projects tasks through the understanding of quoted solutions designed to achieve the client’s desired outcomes, and identifying and resolving problems as they arise
• Acts as a resource for other IT staff as needed, while ensuring customer needs and project efforts are fulfilled
• Staging and testing equipment for installs
• Providing remote support for remote installations
• Providing phone support for Field Service Technicians performing on-site installations
• Participating in calls and meetings regarding technical project deliverables and due-dates
• Communicating ongoing project status related to assigned tasks with project management
• Occasional travel to customer locations and performing systems installation within the Greater Omaha area
• Meet all attendance requirements
