The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of staff in the New Castle County Tuberculosis (TB) Clinic, including planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating staff performance.\r\nThe Nursing Supervisor ensures adequate staff coverage to support the delivery of high-quality, timely, and patient-centered public health services. This role provides or evaluates direct nursing care, develops and reviews nursing care plans, and delivers health education to individuals, families, and community groups.
