Cash Applications Specialist - Part-Time

Pay from $25 to $27 per hour

Do you thrive on accuracy and enjoy working with numbers? Uline is looking for a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability: Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

  • Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

  • Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.

  • Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
