As a Disability Support Worker, your daily tasks may include assisting clients with personal care activities, supporting their engagement in community and recreational activities, and helping with household tasks like meal preparation or cleaning. You’ll often collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, families, and other support staff to implement care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
