Nurse Practitioner – Veteran Disability Evaluations

Make a real difference in Veterans' lives — without the grind of traditional clinical practice. The IMA Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to conduct medical evaluations that help Veterans get the disability compensation they've earned.

The Role
You'll perform physical exams, review medical records and diagnostic testing, and prepare VA-compliant reports assessing whether conditions are service-connected. Full-time (5 days/week) with part-time options available, prorated accordingly.

No on-call. No overnight shifts. Just meaningful, evaluation-focused work.

Starting Salary: $115,000–$125,000/year (full-time)

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including history reviews and physical exams
  • Interpret diagnostic and ancillary testing
  • Prepare detailed reports using VA criteria
  • Submit VA-approved questionnaires through our streamlined reporting platform

What You'll Need

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Prior NP clinical experience
  • Background in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine, PM&R, or Orthopedics preferred
