Responsibilities

Oversee and nurture a dedicated portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their coverage remains effective and relevant to their lives.

Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest additions or adjustments that provide better protection for our policyholders.

Conduct thorough annual reviews to confirm that policies continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Engage with prospective clients who are seeking high-quality, personalized insurance advice from a local professional.

Act as a local ambassador for The Atlantic District, participating in community events and building lasting connections in Easton.

Requirements

Valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License for the state of Maryland.

At least five years of active experience managing a book of commercial or personal insurance business.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital rating platforms.

High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
