Job description

Wexford Kia is in search of a Service Appointment Coordinator. The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to scheduling the maintenance and service of vehicles. This position interacts daily via inbound and outbound calls with customers, as well as directly interacting with Service Advisors, Service Managers, and Technicians.
Responsibilities:
  • Interact with clients on the phone via inbound/outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist in client requests to schedule service appointments accurately and as stated by clients or service personnel, answer questions, offer value of doing business.
  • Build an amiable relationship with our clients.
  • Log client information and purify database.
  • Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed.
