Job Title: Vendor AdminJob Description
The Vendor Admin provides administrative and clerical support to loan servicing operations by contacting insurance agencies and vendors, requesting and tracking invoices, performing accurate data entry, and following up via phone and email. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in banking and loan servicing within a growing organization and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Contact insurance agencies and vendors to request invoices and ensure timely receipt of documentation.
  • Track, document, and organize information received from vendors and insurance agencies with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including invoice entry, and provide general clerical support to loan servicing operations.
  • Assist loan servicing teams with administrative tasks related to loan service, loss mitigation, and collections customer service.
  • Follow up via phone and email to obtain missing information, clarify details, and resolve basic inquiries.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in all administrative, documentation, and data entry activities.
  • Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner while supporting customer service needs.
  • Collaborate with a supervisor and team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to processes.
Essential Skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in phone-based and clerical work.
  • Professional phone skills with a clear, courteous, and confident communication style.
