This temporary position supports our peak season by accurately entering information into various systems, ensuring data quality and the integrity of our information.
Assignment Details:
โ€ข Up to 6-month assignment - Full time hours
โ€ข Hours are typical 8-5 M-F
โ€ข Possible overtime hours required
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update information in multiple systems
  • Verify data for completeness, consistency, and quality
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or escalate issues as appropriate
  • Process large volumes of information while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of company and customer information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of seasonal workloads
  • Work on projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 or more years administrative or clerical work
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
