Job description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily operations by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate business data. This role plays an important part in ensuring data integrity and supporting internal team processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Review documents to ensure completeness and correctness before data entry
  • Verify and correct discrepancies to maintain accurate records
  • Process high volumes of information while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or unclear information
  • Track and manage data entry workloads to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems
