Job description

The Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining efficient shipping and receiving processes. This role supports warehouse operations with data entry, quality inspections, and proper documentation handling, while working closely with the direct supervisor and utilizing warehouse management system software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure timely dispatch of goods
  • Oversee receiving operations, verifying incoming shipments and quantities
  • Perform data entry related to shipping and receiving activities
  • Conduct quality inspections on received and outgoing materials
  • Handle shipping and receiving documentation efficiently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
