The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and is dedicated to case development
An empathetic advocate who genuinely cares about the clients we serve and is passionate about representing injured individuals
A strong supporter of trial lawyers and the litigation process who wants to contribute meaningfully to the pursuit of justice for our clients
A highly skilled and detail-oriented legal researcher and writer

What You Will Do:

You will play a crucial role in our litigation process, supporting all phases of a case to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and the best possible outcome. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy case strategy, this role is for you.

Qualifications:
  • An active license to practice law in Alabama or a willingness to obtain an Alabama license
  • A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
  • Strong research, analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience preparing for and taking depositions
  • A seamless ability to manage and prioritize a robust caseload
  • A team player who demonstrates a willingness to support colleagues and pitch in where needed.
  • The ability to commute to and work out of our Birmingham office
