Client Support Worker (CSW)
Location: Jenkinsburg, GA
Full-Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Part-Time: 3:00 PM - 12:00 PM
Pay: $14.40/hour + shift differentials

Job Description
  • Provide direct supervision within a 24-hour IDD Residential Facility
  • Observe and monitor individuals' behaviors
  • Supervise medication administration with 100% accuracy
  • Provide transportation as needed
  • Perform light cleaning duties (sweeping, dusting, mopping) and report needed repairs
  • Document and complete reports as required
  • Ensure the safety and whereabouts of clients at all times
  • Attend, prepare for, and actively participate in staff meetings
  • Maintain a valid driver's license for agency vehicle operation
  • Complete all annual training and comply with company policies
  • Demonstrate understanding of and willingness to learn individual behaviors/symptoms
  • Effectively monitor and maintain awareness of individual's whereabouts and assignments
  • Intervene and diffuse potentially challenging situations using positive reinforcement
  • Adhere to agency, HIPAA, and Federal confidentiality policies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care

Job Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Preferred: Prior experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities
  • Fingerprint-Based Background Check of Georgia and Federal Criminal History Records
  • Drug Screening
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past seven years
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
