Job Description/ Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Talent Management implementation experience and will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering skills driven talent solutions aligned with business strategy and Oracle best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience.
• 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and/or or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler
• Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support.
• This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
• Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
• Must be in client office at least 2-days per week in Richardson, TX
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information:
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, and Forecaster
• Experience with Mobile, Analytics, Activities, and other UKG Pro WFM modules will be a plus.
