Overview The VMWare System Engineer S r p rovide s support and administration of the CAA and Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) in a Windows Server distributed environment . Responsibilities * Administer and maintain VMware vSphere 7, vCenter, ESXi , and related systems. * Manage Windows Server and Linux systems, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.

* Troubleshoot and optimize performance across VMware, Windows, and Linux environments. * Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and PowerCLI . * Ensure compliance with DoD security standards (e.g., NIST, DISA STIGs).

* Support disaster recovery planning and implement backup solutions. * Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and security compliance . Qualifications Required: * Administer and maintain VMware vSphere 7, vCenter, ESXi , and related systems.
