Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Network Operations Lead to join our Defense team! REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience * Eight (8) + years in network operations, including five (5)+ years in DoD enterprise network environments. * Network operations leadership experience. * Knowledge of Cisco networking, VPN, DISA circuits, SolarWinds or equivalent monitoring. * LogRhythm or equivalent SIEM coordination, and enterprise escalation processes. * Ability to lead after-hours response and coordinate across classified/unclassified support boundaries. Certifications * DoD 8140 Aligned Technical Support/ Network Operations. * Education BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering. OR at least one of these * CEH * Cloud+ * GCIH * GICSP * GSEC * Security + (preferred) * SSCP . Clearance * Secret RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead NOSC operations. * Manage network monitoring and outage response. * Coordinate DISA circuit and commercial circuit issues. * Support VPN, routing, switching, wireless, and network device operations. * Ensure response to enterprise outages. * Coordinate tabletop exercises. * Provide twice daily or recurring service health reporting as required. * Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
