Position Overview

Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for managing overdue accounts and recovering outstanding debts. Their primary duties include contacting customers through phone, email, or mail to discuss unpaid bills, negotiate payment plans and maintain accurate records of all interactions all while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What You'll Do
  • Make and receive calls to discuss past-due accounts with customers
  • Provide clear, empathetic explanations of account status and available resolution options
  • Negotiate payment arrangements in alignment with Company guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Document all interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to all federal, stated and Company regulations, including FDCPA
