What You’ll Do as a Workforce Development Specialist

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping individuals achieve their career goals and build sustainable futures. Your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve, helping them find purpose and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with individuals to assess their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
  • Develop personalized workforce development plans tailored to each person’s unique needs.
  • Connect individuals with employment opportunities, training programs, and community resources.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the job search and career development process.
  • Build relationships with local employers and organizations to create job placement opportunities.
  • Track progress and outcomes to ensure individuals are meeting their goals.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is dedicated, compassionate, and ready to make a real impact. If you have at least 1 year of experience and the following skills, we encourage you to apply:
