You can look forward to these exciting tasks

• Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Maintenance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management for up to 7 direct reports
• Drive manufacturing performance through process optimization, equipment reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support production operations by ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintenance strategies, and technical problem resolution
• Lead new product launches, capital projects, equipment installations, and production readiness activities
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, uptime, and maintenance performance, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing standards, preventive maintenance programs, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety standards, and audit expectations while supporting employee training and development

This is what you bring to us

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• 5-7+ years of manufacturing and/or maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
• Previous supervisory experience leading engineers, technicians, or maintenance personnel, with a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs/HMIs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive operational and business results through cross-functional collaboration
