Job description

As a Commercial Relocation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless moves for our clients, from the initial order through to successful completion. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service. You will collaborate closely with sales, dispatch, warehouse, accounting, and moving crews to ensure every client receives a smooth and satisfying relocation experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of commercial relocations, maintaining direct communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, sales, dispatch, warehouse, accounting, and moving crews.
  • Schedule and monitor moves to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Answer incoming sales calls and schedule sales appointments as needed.
  • Prepare and manage paperwork to facilitate packing, loading, and delivery services in compliance with company standards.
  • Update and maintain accurate information in company computer and tracking systems.
  • Review final rates for each shipment and confirm approvals for any additional services.
  • Take ownership of any issues that arise, working to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records for each shipment.
  • Support special projects and assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical decision-making skills.
