Job description

Physical Therapist

TRIA is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

Physical Therapy OP orthopedic clinic on Methodist campus. Majority of caseload would be lymphedema care, remainder of caseload would be general orthopedic patients. Lymphedema certification or prior experience preferred but could provide training/mentoring if needed.

Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Four 10-hour days

Required Qualifications:

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Doctorate, master's, or bachelor's degree in physical therapy
  • Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient with communication and data processing equipment. Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise. Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.
  • Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Recommend membership in related professional organization.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: NA
