Pay Range: $121,000 - $136,000 / year (depending on experience)

Job Overview

PrideStaff is seeking an experienced, strategic Treasury Services Manager on behalf of a leading regional financial institution in Mid-Michigan.

In this high-visibility leadership role, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the organization’s treasury and cash management functions. You will lead a high-performing team tasked with driving deposit growth, optimizing liquidity, evaluating product performance, and enhancing business member engagement. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in liquidity forecasting, financial modeling, and risk management with strong consultative skills to deliver tailored cash-management solutions to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Treasury Leadership: Develop and execute treasury management strategies that accelerate deposit growth, optimize overall liquidity, and strengthen business relationships.
  • Commercial Client Consultation: Support complex commercial relationships by conducting cash-flow reviews, identifying opportunities, and delivering customized treasury and cash management solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Senior Leadership, Lending, Branch Operations, Finance, and IT teams to streamline treasury workflows and enhance product delivery.
  • Product Performance & Market Analysis: Direct competitive analysis, market research, and product pricing reviews to evaluate liquidity performance, drive product innovation, and maximize utilization.
  • Risk Management & Internal Controls: Establish strong operational controls, manage processing exposure limits and underwriting decisions, and maintain full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and leadership to the Treasury team to maintain operational excellence and high service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Management, financial analysis, or cash-management operations.
    • Minimum 3 years of direct management or supervisory experience required.
  • Certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, statistical modeling, balance sheet/P&L analysis, MS Outlook, and expert-level mastery of Excel.
  • Key Attributes: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders and commercial clients.
  • Special Requirements: Must be bondable.
