Job description
We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
- One year experience as an RRT
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilatory equipment
- Experience performing arterial puncture
- Experience with 12-Lead EKG and basic arrhythmia recognition
- Experience with pulmonary function studies
- Experience with tracheostomy care, including insertion and removal of tracheostomy tubes
- Experience with endotracheal tube insertion and removal via free hand technique and/or video laryngoscope system
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 4x12
- 48 hours per week
