Job Description
Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist - Clinic Director to lead our Cypress outpatient clinic and help shape the future of patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys mentoring others, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patientsk staff, and healthcare professionals
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support clinic operations
  • Interest in clinic growth and community engagement (marketing experience is a plus)
  • A self-starter with a leadership mindset and passion for professional growth
  • A genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
