  • Partner with engineering, architecture, data science, and AI teams to bring scalable AI-enabled solutions into production.
  • Drive innovation focused on reducing manual effort, accelerating cash flow, improving teammate productivity, and optimizing revenue cycle outcomes.
  • Establish roadmaps for AI-enabled copilots, intelligent workflows, automated exception management, predictive analytics, and next-generation operational capabilities.
  • Ensure responsible AI implementation with appropriate governance, risk management, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.

Business & Technology Partnership Leadership
  • Serve as the primary strategic liaison between Revenue Operations leaders and DaVita IT.
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable product and technology strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Technology, Data, Analytics, Architecture, Compliance, and Product organizations.
  • Facilitate alignment across business and technical stakeholders on priorities, roadmap sequencing, investment tradeoffs, and transformation objectives.

Business Outcomes & Value Realization
  • Define success metrics and value realization frameworks for major transformation investments.
  • Monitor platform adoption, operational efficiency, financial performance, user experience, and technology health.
