Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business, risk, compliance, audit, security, and technology processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support IT audits, cybersecurity assessments, compliance reviews, technology risk assessments, and control testing.
  • Evaluate technology processes such as change management, logical access, IT operations, system security, and related controls.
  • Document business, functional, technical, and data requirements based on client needs and project scope.
  • Support the design, configuration, prototyping, testing, and implementation of GRC, compliance, financial crime, and risk management technology solutions.
  • Assist with system configuration for GRC, fraud, customer risk rating, sanctions screening, audit management, third-party risk management, operational risk management, or other risk/compliance platforms.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, user acceptance testing support, and issue tracking.
  • Support automation efforts, including scripts, testing automation, workflow improvements, UI components, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Analyze data to support control testing, compliance reviews, system validation, reporting, and client decision-making.
  • Prepare client-ready documentation, including requirements, process flows, test results, user guides, training materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with clients and teammates to translate business problems into technology-enabled, sustainable solutions.
  • Continue building technical skills in areas such as GRC platforms, cloud, automation, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and risk technology.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
