Job description

Responsibilities
  • Direct the activities and technical, operational, and short-term strategic direction of the Systems Engineering team
  • Manage collection and analysis of operational data for platform trending analysis and ongoing capacity planning
  • Select, develop, evaluate, supervise, mentor, coach, and motivate personnel
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews and perform other human resource functions
  • Develop and manage budgets
  • Oversee operational processes and process improvement initiatives
  • Manage project execution, change, and risk for team activities
  • Participate in developing and improving enterprise information technology architecture
  • Research, identify, and internally market enabling IT architecture and strategies based on customer and business requirements
  • Provide technical and operational leadership to the Systems Engineering team
  • Review work requests, estimate project scope, plan project resources, and coordinate schedules
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Understand and adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field or an equivalent
  • 5 years IT, architecture and/or infrastructure experience
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Previous Information Technology leadership experience required
  • Management experience preferred
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Position does not offer sponsorship for employment visa status or work permit now or in the future
  • Travel required, may be domestic or international
  • Weekend and off-hours support may be required
