- Manage collection and analysis of operational data for platform trending analysis and ongoing capacity planning
- Select, develop, evaluate, supervise, mentor, coach, and motivate personnel
- Conduct performance and salary reviews and perform other human resource functions
- Develop and manage budgets
- Oversee operational processes and process improvement initiatives
- Manage project execution, change, and risk for team activities
- Participate in developing and improving enterprise information technology architecture
- Research, identify, and internally market enabling IT architecture and strategies based on customer and business requirements
- Provide technical and operational leadership to the Systems Engineering team
- Review work requests, estimate project scope, plan project resources, and coordinate schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Understand and adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field or an equivalent
- 5 years IT, architecture and/or infrastructure experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Previous Information Technology leadership experience required
- Management experience preferred
