Job description

Overview:

The Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations is responsible for the Company's global Total Rewards and Operations function. This role will oversee compensation, sales compensation, equity administration, HRIS, payroll, wellness and benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and market competitiveness. The position will lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, employee experience, process optimization, data analytics, and technology enablement while ensuring effective governance and compliance across all areas of responsibility.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Alpharetta office.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and sales compensation structures.
  • Oversee equity administration and vendor management, including RSUs, stock options, and other long-term incentive programs.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including oversight of the PEO relationship, vendor management, benefit plan administration, and open enrollment processes.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and communicate total rewards strategies that support business objectives.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Lead or participate in job evaluation, pay structure development, and job leveling initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of total rewards operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on reward philosophy, compensation decisions, and program design.
  • Manage annual compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive cycles.

HR Operations

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal policies.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, and data management.
  • In partnership with PEO, oversee leave administration.

HR Technology

  • Lead the optimization and governance of HRIS and HR technology platforms.
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to improve system functionality, integration, reporting, and automation.
  • Ensure integrity, accuracy, security, and compliance of employee data within HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support business decisions and workforce insights.
  • Evaluate and implement new HR technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Payroll Administration

  • Manage PEO payroll provider and oversee global payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Partner with Finance and external vendors to ensure compliance with payroll tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive payroll process improvements and controls to mitigate operational risk.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, including compensation design, sales incentives, equity, and benefits.
  • Skills:
    • Proven experience managing reward programs in a fast-paced, growing organization.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with market benchmarking, incentive plan modeling, and data analysis.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Deep knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting compensation, benefits, and equity.
    • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and equity administration systems preferred.

Travel Requirement:

  • Ability to travel domestic and international
Pay Range
$195,000—$205,000 USD
