Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager within a manufacturing environment. This leadership role is ideal for a supply chain professional who can combine strategic planning with hands-on operational execution across procurement, planning, forecasting, inventory control, material flow, and warehouse operations.
The Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in supporting production performance, improving inventory accuracy, strengthening supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement across the operation. This is a strong opportunity for a collaborative leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, using data to make decisions, and partnering cross-functionally to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, planning, forecasting, inventory management, material flow, and warehouse activities.
- Provide direction, coaching, training, and development to supply chain team members to improve performance and accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment needs, supplier performance, and material availability to support manufacturing production schedules.
- Use KPI reporting, MRP data, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics to identify shortages, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead S&OP and supply planning processes to balance supply and demand while aligning with operational and business objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization, inventory control, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
