Job Description:

Responsible for the coordination of the daily operations in all areas of the Supply Chain Operation including but not limited to purchasing, receiving, equipment, and replenishment of warehouse supplies. Responsible for training of new staff.  Proficient in all software or internet systems used in the procurement process.  Demonstrates proficiency in cycle counting, inventory, knowledge of supplies and substitutes.  Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Works as a liaison with the central purchasing office to resolve purchase order issues or concerns.
  • Contributes to the ongoing accuracy of the perpetual inventory by efficient utilization of Supply Chain techniques in purchasing, receiving and distribution
  • Consults with director of support services for support on any departmental changes to be initiated prior to implementation and with any department concerns in regards to equipment repairs and employee conflict that will result in formal performance management
  • Communicates with all departments in relation to requisitions and orders that are in progress.
