We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support critical supply chain operations, including order management, inventory reporting, and cross-functional coordination within a complex international distribution network.
This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who enjoys analyzing data, resolving operational issues, and contributing to efficient product flow across manufacturing and distribution channels.
Job Description
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support day-to-day supply chain operations by managing intercompany orders, monitoring inventory and shipment activity, and maintaining reporting processes that drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
  • Manage intercompany orders, including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exception resolution across international manufacturing plants and distribution centers.
  • Investigate order status issues and resolve shipment discrepancies, delayed deliveries, and back-order situations.
  • Support reporting activities related to demand planning, order management, inventory management, and financial metrics.
  • Execute established supply chain processes and procedures across areas such as supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory control, materials management, and import/export operations.
  • Monitor operational performance using tracking systems and provide updates on progress, risks, and results.
  • Analyze data to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Share best practices and operational knowledge with team members as appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in supply chain, customer service, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems and software relevant to supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency with SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business applications.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain functions, including demand planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, materials control, and import/export processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a structured environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting global or international supply chain operations.
  • Previous experience managing intercompany orders or order fulfillment processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and demand planning reporting.
  • Experience with JDA or similar supply chain planning systems.
  • Background in healthcare, medical technology, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices across teams.
