Girl Scouts San Diego is seeking passionate Arts & Crafts Specialists who love teaching young campers how to express themselves through different artistic mediums and techniques.

  • Design engaging, age-appropriate, nature-inspired art projects for campers age 7-17.
  • Lead campers in creating something special to commemorate their summer camp experience.
  • Maintain the arts & crafts space and program supplies throughout the summer.
  • Be part of the camp magic by assisting the staff team with daily routines and activities.

  • Skill in and familiarity with utilizing a variety of art mediums and techniques.
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment with variable weather and communal on-site living.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist with operations outside of arts activities to ensure a successful camp program overall.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
