  • Identify and implement opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and process improvement in sourcing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive collaboration, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and suppliers, ensuring alignment of expectations and delivery of agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication and conflict resolution among stakeholders to promote sourcing excellence.
  • Enhance sourcing tools, templates, and reporting to improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Ensure sourcing processes comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to support sourcing decisions and measure performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field and brings 8+ years of progressive sourcing and procurement experience. They have a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives, driving measurable business results, and delivering operational excellence.
  • They are a collaborative leader who effectively partners with stakeholders across multiple business units, influences decision-making at all levels, and successfully manages cross-functional teams. Their expertise includes strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier negotiations, spend analysis, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize procurement outcomes.
  • The successful candidate is highly analytical, results-oriented, and proficient with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle. They possess exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, enabling them to develop strong supplier partnerships while advancing organizational objectives.

THE PERKS & BENEFITS:
