Shift: Full-time 1st Shift
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience and licensure
RN MDS Director Responsibilities:
Oversee the MDS process for accuracy and compliance
Experience with CMS strongly preferred.
Coordinate assessments and care plans for residents
Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
