Responsibilities

Join a growing team supporting employer Stop Loss programs and play a key role in delivering exceptional client and broker experiences.

As an Account Manager in our Stop Loss business, you'll support the employer stop loss programs and partner closely with brokers, third party administrators (TPAs), and policyholders to manage the day-to-day administration of Stop Loss renewal accounts.  Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you'll ensure a smooth experience from renewal through ongoing servicing.  In this role, you'll own the renewal and ongoing servicing experience while working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, building long-term relationships, and being relied upon as a subject-matter expert in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

We'll count on you to: 

  • Act as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned Stop Loss renewal accounts
  • Manage the full renewal lifecycle from acceptance through policy issuance with accuracy and timelines
  • Coordinate with brokers, TPAs, and internal teams on compliance, licensing, paperwork, and reporting
  • Review and process implementation and renewal documentation, including premium and stop-loss remittance
  • Monitor premium collections, resolve discrepancies, and partner with internal teams for timely resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Issuance, and Quality teams
  • Support Business Development and Sales efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications

What you need to have:

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15%
