Job description

Role Summary:
Production Supervisors direct activities within the operations team as it relates to production, inventory management, and quality. These highly motivated individuals ensure efficient production while promoting and working safely within established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
- Statistical control of the process.
- Production planning in different work centers.
- Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
- Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Microsoft Project or similar.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Mechanical or industrial engineer.
- Experience with ISO-9000-14000
- Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME)
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience

The pay range for this role is $68,300.11 - $102,505.33 per year.
