Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of SCM (S&OP) (Sales & Operations Planning) to lead and develop our company's end-to-end supply chain S&OP process. The ideal candidate will align demand and supply planning, improve forecast accuracy, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support decision-making that optimizes business performance.
Job Description
  • - Lead the S&OP Process: Champion, design, and lead the weekly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.
  • - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and product management to ensure a single, aligned forecast and operational plan.
  • - Demand Planning: Oversee the demand planning process, incorporating statistical forecasts, market intelligence, and sales input to create a robust and accurate demand plan.
  • - Supply Planning: Collaborate with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to develop a supply plan that meets demand while optimizing inventory levels, production capacity, and lead times.
  • - Performance Management: Establish and track key S&OP performance metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns), and recommend corrective actions as needed, and report on performance to leadership.

Qualifications
