Locations: Annapolis Junction / Ft. Meade Responsibilities * Support testing and evaluation of advanced Expeditionary Mission Center (EMC) systems that deliver real-time SIGINT and cyber capabilities for global operations.
* Plan and execute system and performance analysis across multiple testing levelsโ€”simulation, laboratory, and fieldโ€”to validate mission readiness and operational suitability.
* Develop and apply modeling, simulation, and statistical tools to assess system effectiveness, identify performance risks, and strengthen decision-maker confidence in mission outcomes.
* Collaborate with systems engineers to align test planning with design requirements, data flows, and technical dependencies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of evaluation efforts.
* Lead data and configuration management for all testing events, maintaining traceability, authenticity, and compliance with discrepancy reporting and mission assurance standards.
* Coordinate testing schedules and evaluation plans with integrated product teams, aligning technical milestones with program decision points to ensure timely mission delivery.
* Produce detailed evaluation and analysis reports, providing actionable insights that guide system improvements, mission assurance, and overall operational performance.
Requirements * Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
* Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelorโ€™s degree.
Level 1 Qualifications * Two (2) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Level 2 Qualifications * Five (5) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Level 3 Qualifications * Eight (8) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Pay Information
The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development. 
The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $195,000. #CJ
