What You’ll Do
- Design Strategy & Vision: Define and evangelize an aspirational design vision that aligns with our long-term company goals and sets a new standard for a vast portfolio of products.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Designers and User Researchers, fostering a culture of radical accountability and creative excellence.
- Design Systems & Engineering: Direct the evolution of our global design system, ensuring seamless handoffs between Design and Engineering through advanced Design Engineering practices and shared component libraries.
- User-Centered Discovery: Lead deep-dive user research and customer empathy initiatives to uncover market whitespace and validate complex solutions before they hit the roadmap.
- Experimental Rigor: Spearhead a robust experimentation culture, utilizing A/B testing and user research to relentlessly optimize user journeys and business outcomes.
- AI Innovation: Integrate cutting-edge AI tools for design into the team’s workflow to accelerate prototyping, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance creative output.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Work in lockstep with Product Management and Engineering leadership to balance aesthetic excellence with technical feasibility and business ROI.
- Portfolio Experience Leadership: Own experience coherence across a diverse multi‑product portfolio, driving convergence, simplification, and consistent interaction patterns while respecting product‑specific workflows.

What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role scaling B2B SaaS design teams.
- Strategic Mindset: A portfolio of successful product outcomes where you led the journey from abstract vision to a high-impact, measurable market win.
- Technical Sophistication: Deep expertise in Design Engineering, user-centered design (UCD), and managing complex design systems at scale.
- Research & Analytics Fluency: Proficiency in leveraging qualitative research and quantitative data (A/B testing, usage metrics) to drive high conviction design decisions.
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated experience using or implementing AI tools to optimize design processes and enhance the end-user experience.
- Stakeholder Mastery: The ability to navigate organizational complexity and communicate the business value of design to C-suite stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
- Familiarity with modern analytics and experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo).
- Background in enterprise SaaS or complex, workflow-based data products.
- Experience scaling global design teams across multiple time zones and product lines.
Compensation
Bonus or Equity: This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range: $137,200 - $229,100
