Managing Director, Security Intelligence

The Managing Director of Security Intelligence at Blackstone is a key leadership role focused on protecting the companyโ€™s people and assets. This position involves developing and leading security intelligence efforts, analyzing threats, and advising on risk mitigation strategies. The role requires extensive experience in intelligence and security, as well as strong relationship-building skills.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead the development of a global security intelligence program.
  • Analyze threats and provide strategic assessments to leadership.
  • Support executive protection and employee safety initiatives.
  • Advise portfolio companies on emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to crisis management and investigations.
  • Build relationships with law enforcement and intelligence partners.
What You Need
  • Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in intelligence, security, or law enforcement.
  • Experience within the United States Intelligence Community is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in converting complex intelligence into business insights.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Familiarity with intelligence tools and monitoring systems.
