Job description

Boyd Richards is seeking capable, organized, and ambitious paralegals for our Miami office. Our paralegals are essential members of the litigation team and work directly with attorneys on sophisticated, high-stakes matters across a broad range of practice areas.

  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, written communication, and followthrough.
  • Sound judgment, initiative, responsiveness, discretion, and ownership of assignments and deadlines.
  • Experience supporting litigators with discovery, document review and production, subpoenas, medical or business records, factual investigation, and hearing or trial preparation.
  • Comfort using modern legal technology and a willingness to help improve workflows, efficiency, and the responsible use of AI.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively in a fastmoving team environment.
  • Paralegal certification, a paralegal degree, and experience with ediscovery, trial presentation, or appellate filings are valued where applicable.

    EXPERIENCE:

    Two or more years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
